These terms apply to JetLeads, an online service operated by Rido Enterprises ("we", "us") at jetleads.in, and to you as its user. By signing in or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. The service

JetLeads lets you search for businesses of a given type near a place, and shows publicly available business listing information such as name, phone number, website, address, rating and map location. Listings come from Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, accurate or current.

2. Google Maps

JetLeads uses Google Maps features and content. By using JetLeads you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms. You must not resell or publicly republish the listings.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your mobile number, verified by a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

4. Plans and prices

Starter — ₹99 per month, 20 leads each month. Each business shown in your results uses one lead.
Basic — ₹499 per month, 100 searches each month, all results (up to 60) per search.
Pro — ₹1,499 per month, 500 searches each month, all results (up to 60) per search.
Prices include all taxes. We will show any price change on this site before it applies to a new purchase.

5. Payment

Plans are monthly subscriptions paid by auto-pay through Razorpay (UPI AutoPay or card). When you subscribe you authorise Razorpay to charge the plan price every month until you cancel. Each payment gives one month of access. You can cancel auto-renew anytime from your account; no further charges are made and your plan keeps working until the end of the month already paid for. Unused searches and leads do not carry over to the next month. Your payment details are handled by Razorpay and are never received or stored by us.

6. Acceptable use

You must use the information lawfully. In particular, you must follow the rules that apply to calls and messages you make, including the TRAI regulations on unsolicited commercial communication and do-not-disturb preferences, and you must not use the service to send spam or to harass anyone. You must not resell or publicly republish the listings, or use automated tools to access the service.

7. Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we suspend a paid account without a breach of these terms on your part, we refund the unused part of your plan.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
