Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information JetLeads, operated by Rido Enterprises, collects about its users and how it is used.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, used to sign you in. We send the one-time code by SMS through our SMS provider and keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it for 5 minutes.
- Your searches (business type, place and time), used to count searches against your plan.
- Your email address, if you add one, used to send payment receipts and plan reminders. Emails are sent through Cloudflare.
- Meetings you schedule, and, if you choose to connect Google Calendar, permission to add those meetings to your calendar. You can disconnect it at any time.
- Payment status from Razorpay: whether a payment succeeded, its amount, date and order reference. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay under Razorpay's privacy policy; we never receive them.
Google services
Business listings come from Google Maps. Your use of these features is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy, which forms part of this policy.
If you connect Google Calendar, we ask only for permission to manage events. We use it only to add, change and remove the meetings you schedule in JetLeads. We do not read your other events, sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else. You can disconnect at any time from the Calendar page or your Google Account, and we then delete our access. JetLeads' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, searches made, sign-ups and purchases, with approximate location and device type) and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. These services set their own cookies. We do not send them your mobile number or email address. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control ads from Meta in your Facebook ad preferences.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers above (our SMS provider for sign-in codes, Razorpay for payments, Google Maps for listings, Google Analytics and Meta for site analytics and ads, Cloudflare for email, and our hosting provider), or where the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account while you use it. To have your account and data deleted, email us from the contact below with the mobile number on the account.
