Delete your JetLeads account

JetLeads is a service of Rido Enterprises. You can delete your JetLeads account and the data kept for it at any time. It takes effect straight away and can't be undone.

How to delete it

In the JetLeads Android app

1. Open JetLeads and go to the Account tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. You're signed out and your account is gone.

On this website

Sign in at jetleads.in with your mobile number, come back to this page, and press the button:

By email

Write to support@jetleads.in from the email on your account, or tell us your registered mobile number. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account: mobile number, email, PIN and plan details
• Your search history and saved search results
• Your saved leads, with their notes, voice-note text, reminders, website checks, listing watches and proposals
• Your meetings, and the link to your Google Calendar (events already in Google Calendar stay in your Google account)
• Your sign-in sessions and the app's notification registration

If your plan renews by auto-pay, the renewal is cancelled first. The days left on a paid plan aren't refunded; see the refund policy.

What is kept

• Payment records (order number, plan, amount, date and the mobile number that paid) are kept as long as Indian tax law requires (up to 8 years). Razorpay keeps its own records of the payment.
• Backups of our database are overwritten within 14 days.
